CWL Onboarding Guide: How to access CWL Platform

At Cyber Warfare Labs (CWL), we know that the best way to really learn cybersecurity is by doing it. That’s why we’ve built a platform where you can safely practice real-world scenarios, experiment with different techniques and sharpen your skills in an interactive way.

Once you grab your enrollment, getting started is super simple. This onboarding guide will walk you through everything from logging into the CWL platform and setting up your account to exploring the key features that will help you hit the ground running. No stress, no confusion, just straight into learning.

Whether you’re just starting out in cybersecurity or you’re an experienced learner aiming for industry certifications, CWL gives you the labs, tools and resources you need to take your skills to the next level.

How to Purchase a Course at CWL

Getting started with CyberWarFare Labs (CWL) begins with enrolling in your preferred course. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes:

  1. Visit the Official Website
    Head over to https://cyberwarfare.live/  to explore our offerings.
  2. Navigate to Certifications
    From the top menu, go to Certification and browse the available courses.

3. Select Your Course
Click on the course that matches your learning goals. Each course page includes detailed information about its content, learning outcomes and certification path.

4. Enroll in the Course
Once you’ve decided, click Enroll to add the course to your cart.

5. Proceed to Checkout
Open your cart, fill in your details and proceed with the secure payment process.

6. Confirmation
After successful payment, you will immediately receive confirmation emails with access details.After that follow the below steps.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your enrollment is complete, you’ll receive three key emails:

  • Invoice – A confirmation of your purchase.
  • LMS Access – Login credentials for the learning platform.
  • CCSP Login – Credentials to access the lab portal.

Step 2: Logging Into the LMS

Your learning journey starts with the LMS (Learning Management System).

NOTE:

  • You will have lifetime access of study materials of course.
  • MCRTA, MCBTA & K8S-RTA course contents (Videos + PDF) & challenge labs are accessible via CWL Cyber Security Platform CCSP (labs.cyberwarfare.live) only, you will not find the details in the CWL Portal.

     

  • Click on the LMS login link provided in your email.
  • Enter the credentials shared with you.
  • If prompted, reset your password for security.
  • Once inside the LMS dashboard, you’ll find all the courses you’re enrolled in.

Step 3: Learning Inside the LMS

Each course includes:

  • HD video lessons

  • Downloadable PDFs (available in the lesson description)

To move forward:

  1. Open a video lesson.

  2. Review the attached resources in the description.

  3. After finishing, click “Mark as Complete” to unlock the next module.

Step 4: Moving to the CCSP Portal

After getting comfortable with the LMS, your next step is to explore the CCSP (Cyber Security Playground) Portal.

What is CCSP?

The CWL Cyber Security Playground (CCSP) is an integrated lab environment.It’s designed for practical cyber learning.

where you can:

  • Launch and practice in hands-on labs

  • Track your progress and growth

  • Earn badges and certifications

Step 5: Exploring the CCSP Dashboard

When you log into the CCSP portal, you’ll arrive at the dashboard of your mission control center. From there you can see the ,”Intro”, “Lab Access”,“Lab Walkthrough”,“Exam”

From here, you can:

  • Monitor your active courses

  • Track progress and performance stats

  • Visualize your skill growth over time

You’ll also unlock badges and achievements as you:

  • Complete modules

  • Capture flags

  • Reach key milestones

Step 6: Accessing Labs

Inside the “My Courses” tab of the CCSP portal, you’ll find “Lab Access”

If it is a VPN based practice lab you will get a VPN file & there credentials.

NOTE: You can activate labs as per your convenience for 30 days. Once the labs are activated it cannot be stopped in between.

Simply select a course to begin your hands-on lab journey. For guidance, each lab includes a comprehensive write-up and step-by-step walkthrough, ensuring you stay on track throughout your learning.

Step 7: Scheduling Your Exam

After completing “30 days of lab practice”, you’ll become eligible to give your course exam with confidence.

In the diagram below, you can see how to schedule your exam on a date that best fits your convenience.

NOTE: You can schedule the exam anytime as per your convenience.

Step 8: Get your certificate

Once you complete your exam, you’ll receive your certificate immediately.
